Real Estate and Investment Accounting Mgr
Local firm now accepting resumes for a Real Estate & Investment Accounting Manager. This position will report to the CFO of a multiple facility operation. A degree in accounting and/or banking and finance is a necessity, with a CPA degree preferred but not mandatory. This position requires moderate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office, Peachtree Accounting, and an understanding of research through use of the internet. A comprehensive understanding of marketable securities and real estate transactions is required. An understanding of property taxes, corporate and individual transaction is a must. Hiring entity is locally owned. Salary and benefits will be commensurate with individual's training and experience.
